ASAP is always looking for new volunteers to help in the fight against cruelty towards animals. ASAP always needs help with:

· Volunteers to attend rallies, demos, and run errands.

· Contact ASAP for some leaflets and stickers.  Keep them in your bag and leave one or two everywhere you go (payphones, Laundromats, waiting rooms, buses, etc.)

· Leave a small stack of leaflets in stores downtown (ask for a list of our AR friendly businesses)

· Grab a friend and leaflet on the street for a half hour.

· Ask restaurants if they will put a vegan friendly sign in their windows.

· Put AR posters (staple gun required) on downtown poles on Thursdays.

· Propose and/or make some deigns for AR stickers and buttons.

· Make some baked goods and sell them to raise money for ASAP.

· Write letters! (To grocery stores asking them not to keep live lobsters, restaurants that serve veal,  department stores that carry fur or fur trim, companies who test their products on animals, SPCA—asking them to have strictly vegan BBQ fundraisers.

Some other suggestions:

Buy a vegan cookbook then have a small vegetarian or vegan dinner party with your family and friends.

Check our campaign pages for Action Alerts!

Buy and then wear t-shirts with AR slogans.
